Hollie Bryant, CDA

Hollie Bryant is a graduate of Bowman Gray School of Medicine's Dental Auxiliary Program. Ms. Bryant is the former Chair-side Assistant for Dr. Ross Nash, Clinical Instructor and Treatment Coordinator at the Nash Institute for Dental Learning. She assumed a practice management position at the Carolina Smile Center in 2008 and was Director of Clinical Curriculum with New Millennium Education where her national lecture career began to evolve. She is currently a member of the American Academy of Dental Office Managers, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, North Carolina Dental Association, Academy of Comprehensive Esthetics, and the American Dental Assistants Association. She is the former Editor-in-Chief of Contemporary Dental Assistant Magazine and currently serves on the Advisory Board for DentalCompare. She is on the editorial board of Dental Assisting Digest, Inside Dental Assisting, Contemporary Product Solutions and is a consultant for numerous dental manufacturers. She has authored many manuscripts on clinical assisting and practice management topics. Ms. Bryant joined the Beyond Exceptional Dentistry Team and the Niche Practice Seminar group in the fall of 2009. She is currently the Practice Manager, New Client Coordinator and Chief of Operations for Brad Durham.

Chris Roulo, DA, LT

Mr. Roulo began his career in dentistry in 2007 while attending Georgia Southern University. His technical skills have anchored his career as a dental lab technician. For the past two years he has studied under a world renowned Master Ceramist and continues to increase his dental knowledge through his on going education. Since joining the Beyond Exceptional Dental team, Mr. Roulo has taken on training other dental professionals that attend The Niche Seminars. Mr. Roulo holds the position of Dr. Brad Durham's on site lab technician and serves as a liaison for Williams Dental Laboratory in Gilroy, CA. He is also a chair-side assistant during complex reconstruction procedures. Mr. Roulo is a loving father of twin girls and a dedicated husband to his wife, Jennifer.

Elizabeth Breden, CDA

Ms. Breden's journey in dentistry began in 1995 after attending Indiana University South Bend for her dental assisting accreditation. She has been involved in multiple aspects of the dental practice. Her skills have allowed her opportunities to manage, assist and coordinate treatment throughout her career. Ms. Breden became a member of The Beyond Exceptional Dentistry team in 2005. She is currently the Treatment Coordinator for Dr. Rod Strickland. Her passion for dentistry and patient care is felt throughout your personalized dental experience. As Ms. Breden continues to grow with the Durham team she has immersed herself in the educational side of dentistry and spends many hours studying and training other dental professionals. She is a member of the American Dental Assistants Association and the Academy of Comprehensive Esthetics

Sherri Merritt, CDA

Ms. Merritt attended the University of Florida and majored in communications. She became interested in dentistry while perusing her bachelor's degree. Ms. Merritt's communication skills have allowed her to hold multiple positions throughout the dental office over the past 19 years. She was the previous office manager at the Goldstein Center for Implant Dentistry in Atlanta, GA. Ms. Merritt joined the Beyond Exceptional Dentistry team in the spring of 2009 as Dr. Brad Durham's Treatment Coordinator. She is a standing member of the American Dental Assistant Association, The Academy of Comprehensive Esthetics and is an up and coming author for a dental publication. Ms. Merritt dedicates her heart to her patients and their dental health and her enthusiasm for dentistry is felt as you walk into the treatment room.

Melani Jones, CDA

Ms. Jones, a resident of Marquette, Michigan for the past thirty years, graduated as a dental auxiliary in 1993 from Lansing Community College. She has served as a dental assistant in multiple specialty practices and as a dental technician with a well-established denture laboratory while living in Marquette. Melani joined the Beyond Exceptional Dental Team in 2009 as a Treatment Coordinator for Dr. Brad Durham. She brings diversity to the practice by holding multiple certifications which allow her to transition throughout the office. Ms. Jones is a new member of the American Dental Assistant Association and the Academy of Comprehensive Esthetics. Her talents allow her to impact the dental industry, the patient care process and individual well-being of each Dr. Durham's clients.

Kristin McCann, BS

Ms. Kristin McCann was born in Guyton, GA and graduated from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary with a degree in music. She spent many years serving the Lord throughout the country with her husband and three children. Ms. McCann has worked in dentistry for the past 10 years as an insurance specialist and front office coordinator for multiple practices. After returning to Guyton in 2008 and teaching music for the Effingham County school system, Ms. McCann's passion for dentistry led her to join the Beyond Exceptional Dentistry team in 2010 as a schedule coordinator and insurance specialist.

Sonya Prater, RDH,BS, FACE

Ms. Prater is a 1995 graduate from Western Kentucky University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene. She currently maintains full time employment at Beyond Exceptional Dentistry with Brad Durham, DMD in Savannah, GA, where there is an emphasis on complex restorative reconstruction and cosmetic enhancement procedures. Ms. Prater is actively licensed in Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina but has also held a license to practice dental hygiene in Tennessee, Kentucky, Ohio, Mississippi and Oklahoma. She is a member of the American Dental Hygienist Association, the Hygiene consultant for Komet USA, a member of the 2009 Dental Professional's Forum for Dentsply and has been awarded the honor of being a Fellow in the Academy of Comprehensive Esthetics. Her passion and excitement for comprehensive patient care has been the stepping stone for publishing articles in the top rated dental hygiene magazine and becoming a faculty member/instructor for The Niche Practice Seminars. Sonya currently resides in Bluffton, SC with her husband and three sons.
